Dr. Formoso is a Board-Certified Interventional Pain Medicine specialist. He is also a Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist. Dr. Formoso earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology at University at Buffalo in 1996, and earned his doctorate degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He is a graduate of the Temple University/MossRehab PM&R residency program where he was nominated Chief Resident, and a graduate of the Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Temple University.

Dr. Powell is a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist. Dr. Powell earned his bachelor's degree in Biology at Alabama State University in 1996, and earned his doctorate degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. He is a graduate of the Temple University/MossRehab PM&R residency program where he was nominated Chief Resident, and a graduate of the Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Hospital.

Dr. Miller is a Board-Certified Interventional Pain Medicine specialist. He is also a Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist. Dr. Miller earned his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and his doctorate at the University of California at Davis in 2000 and 2004, respectively. He is a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency program as well as the Thomas Jefferson Interventional Pain Management Fellowship under the department of anesthesiology. He has written numerous peer reviewed medical publications as well as published his own book in 2009, The 3-Minute Musculoskeletal & Peripheral Nerve Exam, for teaching physicians, residents & medical students. Dr. Miller enjoys spending time getting to know his patients.
